When you request a free preview, we store the form details: name/company, email, domain, and message. They are used only to build and deliver the preview you requested.
We build website previews for businesses using publicly available business information (company name, services, public photos, public business contact details). Legal basis: legitimate interest (B2B direct marketing). Data is deleted immediately on request — reply "no thanks" to any email or write to support@bert.fi.
Google Tag Manager loads with consent denied by default (Consent Mode) — no tracking cookies are set without consent. Our server-side analytics are cookieless.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details; Stripe processes payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Preview pages are taken down automatically within days, and contact details are deleted immediately on request. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, object to processing, and request erasure: support@bert.fi. You can also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
